In Liechtenstein, there is a Conciliation Board that handles complaints of customers concerning providers of financial services such as banks, asset managers, and trustees. Where there are disputes between customers and financial service providers, the Conciliation Board tries to achieve settlement out of court.
The Conciliation Board acts as a neutral, independent, and free mediation office.
