Association
Liechtenstein Finance e.V. is an Association organised under private law, whose members are the government of the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Liechtenstein financial centre associations. The purpose of the Association is to raise the profile of the Liechtenstein financial centre at home and abroad by providing information on the special features and strengths of the centre.

Management Board
Nicole Bays
Nicole Bays heads the management of Liechtenstein Finance e.V. together with Tanja Muster. She has many years of experience in corporate as well as marketing communications in international companies from the industrial and financial sectors.
Tanja Muster
Tanja Muster heads the management of Finance Liechtenstein e.V. together with Nicole Bays. Prior to this, she worked for more than 20 years in the communications and marketing field at various companies, and for the last ten years as Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing at a Liechtenstein bank.
Board of Directors
Simon Tribelhorn (Chairman of the Board of Directors)
Simon Tribelhorn is the Director of the Liechtenstein Bankers Association. After his studies at the University of St. Gallen, he worked as a lawyer in the banking industry for six years, most recently for four years as a legal advisor in the legal and compliance department of a major Swiss bank. He has worked for the Liechtenstein Bankers Association since February 2006, initially as a lawyer and then as Deputy Director. In January 2010, he was appointed Director of the association.
H.S.H. Prince Michael of Liechtenstein
Prince Michael of Liechtenstein is Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Industrie und Finanzkontor Ets, an independent Liechtenstein trust company with tradition and expertise in long-term and cross-generational wealth preservation – especially for families and entrepreneurs. Furthermore, Prince Michael is the founder and member of the Board of Directors of Geopolitical Intelligence Services AG, a geopolitical information and consulting service based in Vaduz. Prince Michael is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Liechtenstein Institute of Professional Trustees and Fiduciaries and is President of the liberal think tank European Center of Austrian Economics Foundation.
Marcel Müller
Marcel Müller is Managing Director of an asset management company in Liechtenstein. Since 1997 he has worked as an independent asset manager in the Principality. Prior to this Marcel Müller worked as a portfolio manager at a variety of international banks in Zurich, Geneva, London and Vaduz. He is a Swiss Certified Financial Analyst & Asset Manager (“CEFA”) and member of the Swiss Association for Financial Analysis & Asset Management (Schweizerische Vereinigung für Finanzanalyse & Vermögensverwaltung – “SFAA”). He is also a founding member and on the Board of Directors of the Association of Independent Asset Managers in Liechtenstein.
Roland Moser
Roland Moser is the personal assistant of the Prime Minister of Liechtenstein. He previously held various positions in the trust sector for around 40 years, such as Managing Director of a family trust company, CFO/COO and Head of Finance and Controlling of a leading trust company. Politically, Roland Moser was active as a local councillor and parliamentary group spokesman in the finance committee of the municipality of Vaduz and was a deputy member of the government council for eight years. He also served as a member of the board of trustees of a pension fund and of the Liechtenstein Olympic Committee.
