A first project phase will see LGT introduce an optimized customer onboarding process for all new customers in Liechtenstein and internationally.

With the Digital Banking Platform developed by the globally active software developer from Zurich, the LGT Group will have a template for its customer lifecycle management processes that supports compliance in all regions that the bank serves.
The platform will facilitate collaboration across the banking group’s departments and locations by orchestrating its existing systems, while also guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
